Marine Survey Services

An accomplished yachtsman with over thirty-five years of sailing experience and a graduate of the Chapman School of Seamanship in Yacht and Small Craft surveys, I offer a unique blend of practical seaman's skills combined with the surveyor's formal knowledge of yacht survey techniques, standards, and regulations.

When inspecting a vessel, I look at her with the eyes of both sailor and surveyor. This allows me to provide you, my Client, with a comprehensive survey report that adheres to formal requirements and embraces pragmatic seamanship.

When you have engaged my services, my first task is to understand your needs and requirements. These will guide me as I assist you in evaluating your current or prospective vessel.

I will thoroughly inspect the vessel in question, then meet with you that same day for a verbal de-briefing. Subsequently, I will prepare my report which will be delivered to you electronically within five business days of my examination of the vessel.
